We recently went on a romantic escape near Winter Park and Orlando. The location of this place was really convenient, close to both cities. The view of the lake from the porch was amazing, and the chairs were super comfy. We loved spending time out there, just enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. It was a great way to start our day.
There were a couple of things that were not so great about our stay. Firstly, the room was a bit small for the price we paid.

The location of this bed and breakfast is ideal, nestled on a small lake and surrounded by peaceful woods. Guests have access to large screened porches, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The rooms are comfortable and elegant, with little extras like chocolates, flowers, and personalized gifts. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, with options for dietary restrictions like gluten-free and dairy-free. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful gardens and the hammock on the second-floor porch. this B&B offers a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere with excellent amenities.
Some other lodging options in the area have disadvantages that are not easily dismissed.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and treated me like family. They even catered to my allergies and made delicious gluten-free, vegan breakfast options for me. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the peaceful and quiet atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax. The location was great, close enough to cultural attractions but far enough away from the crowds. the best aspects were the friendly staff, cleanliness, breakfast options, and serene atmosphere.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

My stay at this B&B was worth every penny! The room was cozy and clean, with beautiful antique furnishings that added a touch of charm. The location was ideal, close enough to Orlando's cultural attractions but far away from the crowds, allowing me to relax in a serene natural setting. The hosts, Carole and Joe, treated me like family from the moment I arrived and went out of their way to accommodate my allergies. Carole's homemade gluten-free vegan blueberry muffins were a delightful surprise, along with the delicious fruit, sorbet, bacon, and potatoes with stir-fried veggies. I can't say enough about how peaceful and amazing this hidden gem is. I will definitely be returning!
The only improvement I can suggest for breakfast is to have more variety in the options.
